Our performance
During a time when many companies are still feeling the effects of a global recession, NES Global Talent announced an EBITDA performance of £16.8 million for its year ending October 2011 – up 28 percent on 2010. Operating profit to operating cash conversion remained in line with 2010 at 98% and turnover was up by 34 percent to £380.1 million.
Having opened overseas trading offices in Azerbaijan, the Netherlands, Russia and South Korea during the year, operations outside of the UK now comprise 67 percent of profits and 66 percent of revenues.
The company has now enjoyed uninterrupted profit growth for the seventh year running and to achieve such results against a worrying economic background is a great compliment to the determination, hard work and long-standing client relationships of its people.
NES Global Talent’s growth outside the UK demonstrates that the company is perfectly placed to react to increased activity in global markets. With an increase in the number of oil and gas projects sanctioned in 2011, NES Global Talent expects another busy year as the sector responds to a demand for engineering talent.
