At NES Global Talent, the principles that guide our people’s engagement with candidates and hiring companies are key. We embed our values into our performance reviews and communicate them whenever we can. The result: integrity, honesty and a straight-talking culture.

At the heart of everything we do is a set of core values:

Energy: Our clients describe us as energetic and enthusiastic and we’re proud of that. Energy is important to our business because without it we can’t accurately represent our candidates – or be their advocates. We expect passion and enthusiasm from all our team members.

Worldly: Globalisation and a reduction of international barriers means that we’re more dependent than ever before on our worldwide network of offices and business relationships. We aim to act in way that reflects this global mindset so that, wherever our candidates are based, they have access to local and international knowledge. 

Integrity: The nature of our business means we have a dual focus – on the needs of both our clients and candidates. We know that there are people out there searching for job opportunities and we know our clients need highly skilled professionals to achieve their aims. We offer strong, objective and fair judgments and work with integrity at all times to balance both of these needs; finding the best talent and supporting our candidates honestly and reliably.

Respectful: We treat others as we would want to be treated. We understand that to respect others we must always consider their viewpoint and not just our own, which is particularly important for our overseas contractors, who often feel alone in unfavourable environments. Offering security support services and payroll guarantees helps to show how much we value our contractors.
