General Responsibilities
- Develop educational, training development and training systems policies, developing strategies for the implementation of these policies, commenting on strategies, managing the training systems capability.
- Overseeing and managing all ESOHR training activities within the training centre, ensuring all practices and procedures are observed and applied and responsible for the implementation of Operational Integrity Management System, including petrochemical factory setting.
