Due to continued growth my client is looking to add a Commercial Manager to focus on working closely with the National Oil Company based in Kuwait. This role will be on a rotational basis and the candidate would be required to spend 3 months in Kuwait and then 3 months in the UK.

The ideal candidate will be a senior level oil & gas industry professional with a vast exposure to oil & gas commercial & technical matters. The successful candidate will have a proven project management and planning background, whilst having a history of working with National Oil Company executives & staff.

The role will provide guidance and assistance to the asset managers on annual planning, budget processes & activities. The role involves reviewing & advising the National Oil Company client on deliverables, project performance against commercial plan.

The successful candidate will also work to support & advise, planning, commercial & legal departments on all commercial matters.

A team player who facilitates the formation of alliances or joint ventures, including effective communication between all stakeholders - customers & company, plus assures strategies and tactics are consistent with overall objectives for the organisation.

A highly effective communicator with proven presentation skills, you will be able to influence at the highest levels, whilst maintaining excellent listening skills.

Travel within the region is required, so additional language skills would be advantageous but are not essential

As an integral and pivotal member of the team, you will have a combination of proven commercial experience and a strong technical background, ideally to degree level or equivalent.

An excellent opportunity has been made available for experienced Structural Design Manager with strong technical background, to join a leading International main contractor assigned to work for the construction of a sports stadium complex in Saudi Arabia, project value in excess of $500 million. The project is in the early stages and is expected to be completed in 2017.

Working in the capacity of Technical Manager, there are large elements of design required however it will be expected to be involved in the execution of works therefore experience working on site, driving a team forwards is very much required.

To be considered for this role, the successful applicant will be degree educated and hold in excess of 10 years experience. Regional project experience is a must and comparable project experience would certainly be an advantage.

Job Description:
Must be Graduate in Chemical Engineering

BSc in Chemical Engineering

Minimum 12+ years of extensive experience and capable of conceptualizing the best possible solutions for onshore/offshore gas and oil related installations, projects, developments, modifications and HSE upgrades. Should have writing skills
to enable writing SOR, SOW, technical study reports and process analytical reports including validating consultancy deliverables. Should be hand-on experienced in process simulations modeling, validation of simulation output and
guide the Feasibility/Conceptual studies and process assessments/simulations. Project /Technical Services/consultancy background with some field operational experience in reputed international companies/Engineering Organizations
is desirable. Working experience with International industrial standards, best practices, latest proven technologies, environmental regulations in project definitions phases including preparation for feasibility studies, feasibility/Conceptual
studies process analytical reviews is required

Our client is looking for three (3) Drilling Materials Co-ordinators to join its operations offshore Oman and onshore Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidates will ideally hold experience in working offshore Middle East with the rotational cycle being 2 weeks offshore, 2 weeks at the shore base and 2 weeks home leave.
