Our client is seeking an ELECTRICAL ENGINEER to keep pace with expanding sales and product development. The primary responsibility for this position is to support existing products and new product development. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESSEXPEREINCE WITH SPEL.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Design and preparation of necessary drawings, schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams and interconnection diagrams

Completes component research for new product development

DESIRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:

The aims of this role is to review the mechanical or electrical equipment associated with our clients projects, assess the risk ranking of the equipment and create the necessary equipment strategies to ensure all mechanical or electrical equipment is in a suitable condition for the seamless start-up of facilities during an emergency scenario.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out overall risk ranking of project systems at a high level.

KEY REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to Construction Manager for scope and timing direction on IA`s.
Reports to Projects Interface Manager for process and assignment direction.
Coordinates Company and Contractor Interface Agreements with the Home Office Interface Coordinator.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for development, approval and performance measurement of Interface Agreements (IA`s) between the project team and the appropriatepersonnel as laid out in the Company Interface Management Plan.
Ensures that the construction manager and interface manager are aware of progress, issues and concerns related to interface management.
Work with site contractors to determine where interfaces exist between them, then work with the contractors to manage those interfaces.
Ensures that contractors understanding and use of interface management processes and plans are aligned with project plan requirements. Supports the contractors in their development of their interface plans and procedures. Ensures that contractors utilize consistent IA formats and tools aligned with project requirements.
Conducts regular project wide coordination meetings with contractors to ensure progress and resolution of interfaces. Assists in the interface agreement conflict resolution process.

Develop WCMP, SCL and contractor contact information for each IA.
Assist the WCMP and SCL contacts in defining the information required by both and the manner in which the information will be transferred. Provide ongoing support as required.

Report progress and concerns to the Projects Interface Manager.

- AREA COMMISSIONING LEAD
