RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifying, scheduling, carrying out and the recording of routine maintenance checks.
Identifying, scheduling, carrying out and the recording of non-routine maintenance repairs.
Carrying out the routine servicing of pumps, valves, Motors, air compressors etc.
Carrying out the vendor specified routine maintenance of the rotating equipment and other associated plant equipment
Assisting/carrying out vendor specified routine maintenance.
Removal and monitoring of pipeline corrosion systems.
Maintaining of all site services in good working order and applicable to safe working practices.
EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Relevant years maintenance experience on equipment related to the installed mechanical facilities.
Served a mechanical apprenticeship or hold a minimum of NVQ level 3.
The ability to work on their own or with others, with the minimum of supervision and to assume overall responsibility for the carrying out of routine and non-routine maintenance tasks.- An understanding of the workings of the plant, production or oil and gas industry

ROLE PURPOSE:
Manage allocated projects to achieve:
On time delivery of all deliverables (equipment, documentation etc).
Adherence and compliance to all project requirements and specifications.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Company point of contact with accountability to customers (internal and external) for successful project execution and performance against agreed key measurable including quality, safety, on time delivery and financial performance, from project start through to final execution and review.
Manage the customer relationship and communication throughout the project life cycle including regular reporting to customers via monthly reports, schedule updates, invoicing, and monthly client meetings to ensure satisfaction.
Ensure the smooth transition and handover between the Commercial Department and the Projects Department to ensure timely and accurate start up.
Responsible for leading a multi disciplinary project team to achieve successful project execution: Safety, Quality, On Time Delivery, Financial Performance, Variation, Risk Management.
Participate in business improvement initiatives as applicable including Health, Safety, and the Environment.
Management of a cross functional team of people.
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Minimum degree level in either Technical or Commercial discipline: Project Management / MRP Systems, Formal PM Qualifications (APM, Projects Academy, Prince II etc).
Strong business experience within a projects environment with a minimum of three years industry PM experience or five years PM experience.
Good negotiation skills.
