ENGINEERING MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Responsible for co-coordinating time management of all engineering activities within all work packages for both system and product engineering
Is part of the Project Management Team and is jointly accountable for achieving the project objectives (budget, scope, time schedule and quality)

Execution
oEnsure that the entire project engineering scope of work is defined and planned according to contract and PEM (MDL and BOM)

Project:
The project is a new grass roots refinery located in West Africa.

Purpose/Role
To deliver the safety studies required to ensure that projects and particular change proposals carried out by the delivery team for clients who have the associated risks reduced to as low as is reasonably practicable and at least meet current legislative requirements
To act as the safety engineering and verification focal point for particular modification and design jobs carried out by the delivery design team

Perform safety screening for change proposal designs so that design team know what is required and why
