Our client is a medical device manufacturer who are looking for a Head of Supply Chain to work at their well-established and modern manufacturing and distribution facility based in North Wales.
The Head of Supply Chain has responsibility for the site`s supply and demand planning, tactical procurement, and warehouse function.
This includes management and control of all materials. This will include the following key responsibilities:
· Responsible for 100 reports and a budget of £3.5million and a direct procurement spend of £10million.
· Establish a budget of operations and ensure that budgeted production goals are achieved and cost objectives are met.
· Manage demand planning processes which support the S&OP process; effectively integrate the S&OP results into the local planning and production processes.
· Manage site procurement processes.
· Manage the site warehouse operations.
· Manage the Assembly operation to produce finished goods to the defined quality requirements.
In order to be successful for the role the Head of Supply Chain will be/have:
· Experience in operations/manufacturing, preferably in the medical device industry
· In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management system.
· Must possess previous management experience

You will be qualified to a minimum of ONC/BTEC National Certificate, or equivalent, Instrumentation or Control Engineering andhave completed a recognised craft apprenticeship.

Project Engineer - Pharmaceutical - Contract - North West
Our client is a leading Pharmaceutical company. At present they are seeking a Project Engineer on a contract basis at their site in the North West, UK. The candidate will have previous pharmaceutical experience within a GMP facility and will be required to project manage the successful delivery of a Warehouse Project to the required Quality, Cost and Project Program. The candidate will provide leadership through design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and qualification of facilities and equipment associated with the Warehouse and QC sampling facility.

Essential experience:
At least 5 years working as an Instrument Designer preferably in a pharmaceutical environment, site experience essential.
