A leading global oil & gas EPC are looking to recruit a HSE coordinator to join their HSE team based in Cyprus.
Please not to be considered for this role you must be a resident of Cyprus and be eligible to work there.
As a HSE coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating activities between major sites in the area as well as shipping and logistical activities. You will need to be up to date with health and safety law and will be responsible for periodic health and safety audits, inspections, incident reports and supporting documentation.
This is a key role communicating HSE activities between senior HSE staff and contract HSE staff.
Key skills required to fulfil the role include;
- Significant HSE experience, ideally 10+ years
- Have previous experience in the oil & gas industry
- Degree qualified in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering or a similar discipline
- Knowledge of local and international codes and regulations
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

The Construction Engineer is accountable to the Central Processing Facilities (CPF) Site Manager and will be responsible for the following functions:Based at the engineering offices in Sharjah, has responsibility for the Construction Engineering of the EPC Contractor during the design and procurement phase.o Has experience of large oil and gas projects, preferably LNG plants or gas processing plantso Degree qualification preferred, will give consideration to HNC depending on experience. o Primary link between operator Site & operator Engineering activities.o Responsible for the management and effective close-out of BP STQs & NCRs and co-ordinating with the offsite engineering teamo Oversight & assurance of the EPC Contractors site technical change processes.o Organisation and management of HAZCONs.o Review and approval of selected Method Statements for major activities.o Maintain the

- To ensure that HSE aspects are a first priority during preparation/execution of commissioning, SD's and SU's
- To prepare integration of new equipment and ensure that operations team will have the proper skill level and knowledge to operate safely and efficiently the new installations
- To define the integrated (UPG/JV) strategy to manage the project Shutdowns and Start-Up's
- To direct commissioning preparation and execution on sites in order to deliver an installation to JV Operations ready for start up as per planning
- To ensure hand over to JV Operations as per procedure jointly agreed with all the necessary certificates, documentation, tools and required site assistance up to a steady state condition.
HSE aspects during the execution of commissioning, SD's and SU's
a. Scope coherent with HSE constraints
b. Identification of critical jobs with related risk assessment
c. Respect of HSE specifications and proper work practices (Isolations, flushing, inerting, ...)
d. Participate and assist JV with SIMOPS management and procedures revision in line with Project evolution
e. To promote Project's HSE policy and individual HSE situational awareness level within team.
Operational integration of new equipment and proper operations team skill level
a. Act as UPG FO interface focal point with all JV/UPG and relevant stakeholders to ensure proper integration
b. Provide relevant input and assist construction when necessary to optimize the construction execution plan
c. Follow up execution of dedicated UPG operational training development plan
d. Identify and initiate any additional required operational (site) training and refresher.
Define and manage integrated strategy for the project SD's and SU's
a. Define the integrated SD execution plan and organization
b. Supervise the (integrated) SD's and SU's from preparation to execution
c. Follow up progress and initiate any actions to secure project SD's and SU's milestones.
Commissioning preparation and execution on sites
a. Ensure that Pre-commissioning & Commissioning preparation is in compliance with specifications and reporting tools (database, punch list control, progress and cost)
b. To manage efficiently the execution of commissioning activities to achieve maximum productivity, minimize cost and prevent delays.
Hand over to JV Operations
a. Coordinate hand over from FO UPG to JV onshore operations
b. Follow up warranty call notifications and validate performance tests
c. Ensure that all required documentation, spares, tools , and assistance are available
d. Achieve a flawless hand over to operations staff

1.0 MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
To manage welding requirements within project guidelines, statutory requirements and company procedure ensuring compliance with HSE policies and customer satisfaction
To ensure that all company's Fabrication Services welding related activities are properly managed and coordinated at all times.
Reporting to the QA/QC Manager.
The Welding Engineer will reside in the Fabrication Services Facility at Mafraq, Abu Dhabi, and as a minimum is responsible for:
4.1 Ensuring that he is familiar with the requirements of all welding specifications as pertaining to the various workshop projects and to issue the applicable WPS's & PQR's to clients for approval.
4.2 Liaising with the workshop production department on weld procedure selection and associated requirements for the various projects.
4.3 Maintaining all WPS & PQR records on file and ensure that they are suitably indexed and registered.
4.4 Developing new WPS & PQR's as required.
4.5 Generate weld maps, particularly those required for vessel fabrication; and obtain the required approvals from the AI / client.
4.6 Assist with improving welding production whilst maintaining the highest level of weld quality as laid down in the applicable codes, specifications and Client
4.7Constantly review the welding production activities to see where it may be possible to improve productivity by means of using automatic welding processes.
4.8 Monitoring that the welding consumable storage and control system is fully implemented in accordance with standard practices
4.9 Monitoring that all welders are qualified for the procedures involved and that they are in possession of a welder's ID card and that copies of their current/ updated qualification certificates are available on file.
4.10 Submission of reports as and when required / requested by the Fabrication Services Manager
4.11 Trouble shooting and resolution of all welding related problem areas.
4.12 Advising / assisting with all welding related matters in the preparation of Project tenders.
4.13 Perform any duties which may not be included herein as and when requested /required by the QA/QC Manager.

About the Role
As a Process Analytical Specialist, you will be responsible for technical and laboratory activities to achieve process, quality and cost improvements to ensure the on-going success of our business, all the while maintaining a safe working environment.
Activities include leading the development and establishment of process analyser systems, implementing best practice with respect to sampling and analysis in accordance with our company standards, reviewing current improvements in technology in process analysis and measurement to ensure we stay at the forefront of our field. As well as providing methods of analysis and sampling to investigate process stream composition and support plant trials and maintaining a laboratory based facility for process investigation.
You will also work closely with other teams on the plant including Production, Maintenance/Reliability, Engineering, Technical and Quality teams to ensure we share and operate to best practice.
You will have a degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry (HNC considered) together with experience in a continuous manufacturing process environment, ideally in the TiO2 industry.
You will be experienced in analyser systems,have knowledge of environmental discharge systems and their relationship to the manufacturing processes, have laboratory experience and be a Six Sigma Green Belt.
