Engineering Manager- Compressor Modules

Our client, a major Oil & Gas EPC company, dealing in the design and fabrication of topside modules, is currently seeking a Engineering Manager to be based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading the Engineering and Application Engineering teams in Singapore & Batam covering the following disciplines:
- Supervises and trains Application Engineering group for gas compression and related oil / gas process systems for onshore and off shore applications
- Manages Engineering disciplines to ensure accurate and timely delivery of Engineering design data and drawings for EPC projects for packaging Gas Compression, Oil / Gas Process Modules and E-Houses.
- Leads the technical interface with clients on specifications, bids/proposals and during projects execution.
- Ensuring proper technical reviews of Engineering designs, drawings & documents upholding accuracy and compliance to contractual scope.
- Develop and manage project Engineering Plans and work closely with the Projects & Operations team throughout project execution.

Key Attributes:

- Strong leadership capabilities combined with directing, informing, organizing and process management skills
- Strong technical knowledge in all Engineering disciplines including all aspects of gas compressor packaging, Oil / Gas process modules system design and E-House design
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the Gas Compression industry
- Proactive, results driven and resourceful
- Experience with Engineering design tools such as Aspen Hysis, Staad Pro, Autocad, PDMS etc.
- Experience managing multi-site organizations, with working experience in Singapore and Batam being advantageous
- 15 years of gas compression and process system design; 5 years directly with Project Engineering for Gas Compression Packaging and preferably FPSO projects.
