Principle Process Engineer - Operator

My client is a major oil & gas company operating several of Australia`s largest LNG projects. They currently require a Principle Process Engineer to lead a team assessing new opportunities to add value to their existing downstream assets.

Role:
Evaluation of downstream opportunities/projects that have the potential to add value to extisting assets
Providing support in coordinating all aspects of the development and implementation phases of several projects
Providing technical support to Joint Venture partners
Developing scopes of work for third party contractors/consultants
Supervising and leading third party contractors and consultants
Participating in assurance and peer reviews
Providing technical advice and support as required to other LNG Development groups
Contributing to the development of downstream process engineering methods, processes, tools and technologies relevant to the business
Executing HSE critical activities for the annual HSE Plan
Providing support in preparation of annual budgets; Identifying and proposing corrective and preventative actions for continuous improvement

Required:
Bachelors degree in chemical enigneering
Minimum 15 years experience working on oil & gas projects
Demonstrate a strong technical background; preference will be given to those with some commercial background with experience in identifying, evaluating and optimising business opportunities
Proven communication, presentation and influencing skills
