Management of assigned vacancies and candidates through recruitment life cycle to deliver optimum recruitment service to the business
Assist in definition of role profiles within assigned functions
Attraction of candidates for a variety of onshore-based vacancies through a range of advertising and attraction media
Assist in definition of appropriate and meaningful selection criteria and processes for candidate assessment
Screening of candidate applications against agreed criteria, in conjunction with hiring managers and functional managers, to include CV sifting and participation in interviewing and other assessments
Ensuring all applicants have a positive candidate experience regardless of the outcome of their application
Management and processing of contractor rate and other contract changes
Keeping business and function informed of labour market information for assigned functional areas
