Senior Instrument Designer

More than 10 years` experience in engineering design and operation with a minimum of 5 years experience in a senior design role, preferably within the Petrochemical industry. The candidate must be motivated and able to work under minimum supervision and work with a team of designers working while also being a team player.

The candidate must have experience of using AutoCAD

Typical activities will include site surveys, creation/update of instrument/cable schedules, development of block diagrams, termination drawings, loop drawings, process hook-up and design construction pack drawings. All instrument design will be for hazardous areas.

Experience of AutoCAD, database schedules. Experience of site survey tasks.

Desired Experience -Experience working in multi-project portfolio type works environment as part of an integrated design/engineering team.
