Pre-employment checks

To us, the safety and security of our candidates and clients is paramount, and this is why we are experienced at arranging pre-employment medical examinations, drug tests and background checks.

These checks are often a requirement before you will be allowed to start working on a project, but we also find that the medical examination in particular provides you and your family with peace of mind before you begin to work overseas.

Medical and Travel Insurances

In order for our tailored recruitment service to meet your requirements, we have corporate agreements in place with BUPA and CNA Insurance Company Limited for Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Blue Cross for the USA.

These schemes provide contractors with cover for in-patient and out-patient treatment, associated prescription medication, home nursing, emergency dentistry and optical treatment.
For those contractors working in the USA, Blue Cross medical insurance offers a PPO open choice plan including vision services.

Tax advice

With NES, help and advice is available so that you can understand the tax implications of moving and working abroad. We will organise for an overview of the in-country tax regime and taxation equalisation status, and our knowledgeable team can explain this to you before you make the decision to work in any overseas country. Travel

Our reputation as leading oil and gas talent managers has been established through our attention to detail. Part of our service is to coordinate the most suitable mobilization and demobilization travel, as well as rotational flights where required, removing the need for contractors to make their own arrangements when working abroad.

Meet and greet

We offer a 'meet and greet' service for specific turnkey projects. We recognise that travelling from arrival halls to accommodation in a new overseas environment can often be a daunting prospect, which is why we have set up this helpful and well-used service. We arrange for you to be met at the arrival hall and be transported directly and safely to your accommodation.
