Understandably, contractors hate it when agencies make mistakes with their pay. That is why we introduced service guarantees to give you peace of mind when you’re working with NES Global Talent.

Payroll guarantee for contractors

We all do our best to avoid them, but mistakes are made. And we know how inconvenient this is if it happens with your pay. Through our payroll guarantee, you will be paid correctly – first time, every time.

It covers you for:

- Late payments
- Incorrect amounts
- Missing expenses
- Incorrect currencies

If we make a mistake with your pay, you’ll receive £50 compensation(1) (or the equivalent in your currency) – and of course, we’ll work to rectify it straight away.

All you need to do is:

- Submit your timesheets on time
- Save a copy of your sent email submission
- Send your timesheets to the right email address(2)
